Here is some information on our workshop leaders:
Lyn Haworth
Lyn runs a small complementary therapy practice (THB Therapies) from her home in Milnathort. She discovered complementary therapies following a near fatal road accident in 1982. Her need to manage her pain without drugs led her to having regular Reiki treatments. This inspired Lyn to study Reiki Level 1 and 2 and followed this by achieving her Masters Level. Lyn is now a Master Teacher and has furthered her Reiki studies in Japan where she studied Jikiden Reiki with Tadao Yamaguchi.
Lyn has also studied over 2 years as a Crystal and Gem therapist and graduated as a fully qualified Crystal and Gem Therapist from the Academy of Crystal and Natural Healing (ACHO registered).
In addition, Lyn is qualified in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and offers Hand and Facial Reflexology. She now also practices Light Touch Reflextherapy.
Lyn is a Master Practitioner of NLP and integrates these skills into her therapy sessions.
Sheila Caldwell is a Holistic Therapist with 15 years experience, and is a Master
Teacher of SourceSTAR vibrational healing energy.
She lives in Pittenweem and is a busy artist and has also written a book, 'An A-
